International investment company Blackrock has warned of the serious changes in the distribution of capital, as in recent years investors have started to pay special attention to climate risks. In addition, Blackrock has repeatedly criticized due to the fact that the company does not use its market position for the prioritisation of sustainable development.


The annual letter to the General Directors, Blackrock stated that it will double the offer exchange-traded funds focused on environmental standards to 150. One of the promises was to reduce companies that get a quarter or more of revenues from thermal coal of actively managed portfolios. The main objective of the Blackrock over the next 10 years is to increase sustainable assets up to $ 1 trillion USD compared to the current 90 billion USD.
